oh, he’s got no chance. all this “highly polished quarterback competent to run complex NFL schemes” crap… he’s a perfectly mediocre quarterback at a much-touted (overrated?) football program.
I agree entirely, and haven’t gotten the obsession all year. One of my best friends in the city is a huge ND fan (as is his wife), and having seen him in person a lot, even they are a bit skeptical. Weis and his potential to turn the program around, I buy. Quinn in the NFL? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Carr. And that’s being optimistic.
