I have a place to live next year!

It’s in central Cambridge, about 5 minutes from Inman Square and about 7 minutes from Central Square. 2 blocks from Whole Foods, the first floor of a three-family building. No dishwasher, but other than that it’s got everything; a big kitchen, a very big porch (about 8′x8′, which for Cambridge is just this side of extravagant). It’s a three bedroom with a study, lots of space…

I’m pretty excited.

I’ll be taking over from the girl who lives in the room now when she gets her own housing straightened out. Most likely that’ll be sometime between July 15th and August 15th, though no exact date yet. If it’s early, I’ll probably sublet my current room for a month. If it’s late, I’ll just have two places for a few weeks. Then, in September, I’ll take over the lease. I’ll either try to find 2 other roommates (so we’d be paying $700/month), or 1 other (so we’d be paying $1050). If the latter (which would be kind of nice, in my opinion), we’d each have a bedroom and a study.

So, um…anyone looking for housing in Boston come September 1st?
