Haven’t posted in a week or so, and I’m sorry to my regular readers who are getting bored of looking at the same old stuff…here’s the quick update:
Last weekend was Mixed Easterns, and FNG did, well, badly. Sigh. We’ve got a lot to work on. Catching the disk being first on the list.
Work this week has been, well, work. Nothing special. I’ve been slacking off a bit since Brad’s been out of town, but he’s back on Monday. I needed a bit of a break, too.
Apartment search is coming along. Still just digging around, waiting for the right place to show up…I’m coming to grips with the fact that the right place may involve a roommate, or roommates, and that’s cool.
This weekend, I’m off to Ohio. And by “this weekend”, I mean 8 hours from right now. Because it’s Poultry Days. Which is the most fun. EVER. It means getting on a plane, but PD is worth it. Also, and most exciting, I actually get to see Taz this weekend. I miss my old roomie!
In 30 hours, give or take, I’ll be eating chicken, drinking beer, and watching Ms. Chick play in the All-Star game. And that’s money.
