My sister, on a bicycle adventure yesterday, dropped off some coffee. Some amazing, wonderful coffee from Flat Black. I’m having a nice steaming cup of Sumatra this morning, and enjoying it immensely. (I tend to make my coffee a little strong; not quite oil-consistency, but heading in that direction. This particular bean has been french-roasted, and when ground fine it makes a coffee that’s reminiscent of Viennese espresso. Good stuff, that.)
Incidentally, if you haven’t visited Hotel Universe, you really should. Because then you can see lots of art like the painting at the bottom of this post.
We’re into that tricky time of the year…the question: To wear shorts to work, or not to wear shorts to work. The key question, of course, is whether I’m going to be cold by the time I get home, and given that question I think it might still be a little too cold outside.
But right now, it’s just gorgeous.
Art, by my sister, that’s making me really happy right now:
