I’m getting old or something. I seem to remember that not too long ago I could just get up, start exercising, and not have to worry about stretching out or anything. These days, it seems like that’s not working so well for me. 90 minutes of basketball today, and I can actually feel the inflammation in my quad. Like, with my fingers, I can feel where it’s swollen. I think that’s bad.
Practice tomorrow (in what’s supposed to be crappy weather) should be fun…
