Spent part of last night making a pineapple ice cream, using this recipe from epicurious. Turned out pretty well, a little light on the pineapple taste, though. Basically, I’ve got a tasty sweet cream ice cream in my freezer now.
This is a good thing.
Jeffy made a chili yesterday, as well, which was one of the tastier meals that I’ve had recently. Large chunks of beef, and a lot of chili. Had some real bite.

My chili making skills are much better than my fried fish making skills. And don’t result in 2 pounds of leftover half-frozen fish. Or 10 dirty dishes.
“Where are the bowls?”
“In the freezer.”
“Oh.”
