- Class tonight. Woohoo!

- I’ve been reading Joseph Mitchell’s Up In The Old Hotel, which is a collection of columns that he wrote for The New Yorker in the middle of the 20th century. I’ve got many thoughts, but haven’t had time to collect them into anything that makes sense as yet. I’m a little fascinated by the writing, too.

- I don’t handle people disappearing on me, even temporarily, very well at all.

- Spent much of the weekend putting together a pretty cool little application, using PHP running on the command line to surf a log and do time-context-based notifications. At some point I’ll post the code and all, but I need to do a tiny little bit of scrubbing first. (Network admin paranoia, is all.)
